Step 1:First extract the mod loader file
Step 2:Extract the car  pack
Step 3:Copy all the files in car pack 
Step 4:just paste in mod loader file
Step 5:Now copy the mod loader and mod loader.asi files
Step 6:just paste these files in Gta sa directory
Step 7:Next extract the silent asi files
Step 8:Copy 2 files and paste in the GTA sa directory
Step 9:Now mod installation was finished let's play the game
